Hey! My name is Justin and I’m a recent graduate of Colorado State University.  I was born and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado and I absolutely love it here!  My college years were some of the best years of my life! I met my amazing girlfriend, experienced new things, and really learned to live life to the fullest!  I learned that not only knowledge but health and fitness would lead to a happier, more fulfilling life.

I always been drawn to Health and Fitness but recently I really began to research and learn more about how the human body works and how it reacts to weightlifting and exercise.  Most people you see in the gym either don’t have a clue what their doing, or their too jacked up on stimulants you feel like you might get crushed if you look at them the wrong way.

Where’s the perfect medium? The point in a person’s fitness where enough’s enough?  How can the average working American break through their health slump?  I’ll be the first to admit that I’m no expert, but I have used almost every training program under the sun and enough diets to match that number.  I want to share what I’ve learned over the years as well as help answer any questions.  This is not a business or source of income for me but Health and Fitness is a passion of mine.

A healthy lifestyle change not only helped me get fit, but it taught me that commitment to something is more than just saying you’re committed but actually DOING it!  It really is a lifestyle change.  Not only did I shed unwanted fat and gain lean, ripped muscle but I also gained a new sense of myself.  I finally found out who I was and what I was really made of! Sometimes when I find myself down-and-out I go back in my tried and true programs to get back on track.
